The books balance
Every naira that leaves is written down twice — where it came from and where it went. If the two don't match, nothing is saved.
Savings, loans, monthly salary deductions and dividends in one place. Two officers must approve every payment, members can see their own balance, and nothing can be changed quietly afterwards.

SealedMembers can do things themselves on their phone. Officers can do the same things for them at the office. Same rules, same limits, same record — so older members without a smartphone are never left out.
These are the screens your officers will actually use on the 25th.

Not promises in a policy document. These are how the books work, whether the cooperative has forty members or four thousand.
Every naira that leaves is written down twice — where it came from and where it went. If the two don't match, nothing is saved.
Every action is sealed into a numbered book. Change one page and every page after it shows the break.
Once you close a month, nobody can slip in an old entry — unless a senior officer allows it, and that is recorded.
Tap any page. Everything after it breaks.

When salaries come in, the cooperative's deductions have to follow. Here is what happens, in the order it happens.
The file from payroll is checked against your member list before any money is touched. You see the totals first.
Wrong staff numbers, people who have left, double lines — they wait in a separate list. Nothing from that list reaches the books.
The batch and its total are approved by two different people. The second person gets a one-time code on their phone.
Every member's deduction is posted in one go. If one line is wrong, nothing is saved — so you never have half a month sitting in the books.
Each member gets the deduction, the new balance and a receipt on their phone. The “what is my balance?” calls stop.
What the member gets at 9:45am is the same entry your auditor will read in March — just written for a phone.
Payments above the amount you choose need two different officers. The system will not let the same person sign twice.
The second signature comes with a one-time code sent to that officer's phone, for that payment only.
Once a month is closed, old entries cannot be slipped in. If a senior officer overrides it, the record says who did.
Treasurer, secretary, auditor — you decide who can see and do what. Rename them or split the work; the rules follow.
You do not switch off the old register on day one. We run both until the numbers agree.
Day 0Contribution rules, loan types, roles and approval limits — agreed and entered.
Day 1–3Members, savings, shares and running loans loaded and checked line by line.
Day 4–10One payroll cycle posted in both places, then compared before you switch.
Day 11–14Identity checks, app invitations and a hands-on session with your officers.
What you pay depends on how many members you have and how much help you need moving over. You will get a written quote, not a sales pitch.

The self-serve demo is not open yet. For now every walkthrough is live and guided, on your own numbers. The open demo will appear here when it is ready.
Not above the limit you set. The payment waits until a second, different officer signs. The system will not accept the same person twice.
We load your members, savings, shares and running loans, then check them line by line against what you already have. Nothing goes into the live books until the two agree.
No. Entries are written once and kept. A mistake is corrected by adding a reversing entry, and both stay visible. Each page is sealed, so a change would show.
The system counts in kobo, so splitting a deduction across many members never loses or invents money. You still see naira on the screen.
Yes. Anything a member can do on the phone, an officer can do for them at the office — same rules, same record. Payments can also come by bank transfer or USSD.
We write down what we asked for before contacting the bank, so a slow reply is never treated as a failure. Nothing is sent twice; the payment is checked and settled.
Not yet. Book a walkthrough and we will run both apps with you live, using your own numbers.
Bring one real payroll file and one real loan. We will run both in the walkthrough, and you decide whether the numbers hold.
